How MoodWell Ships
The Shift Collection uses a hybrid fulfillment model. Your order ships in two separate packages:
- Package 1 — Mushroom Coffee: Fulfilled by our manufacturing partner and shipped directly to you. Tracking provided separately.
- Package 2 — Bloom Sachets: Shipped from our operations team. This package contains your butterfly pea flower sachets that create the color-changing reaction.
Both packages are included in your order — no extra charge. You'll receive separate tracking emails for each.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once each package ships.

Important Notes
- Packages may arrive on different days — this is normal.
- If you receive your coffee but not your Bloom Sachets within 10 days, please contact us at hello@moodwell.us.
- We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping coming soon.
