Adaptogens are properties that help the body adapt to stress. Adaptogens can be found in many ancient herbs like well-known ashwagandha. Our Hustle adaptogen tea is made from organic damiana, rose petals, and peppermint to help you feel motivated and energized.
Damiana is an ancient herb that has been linked to mood enhancement, energy booster, and libido booster. Peppermint has been linked to decrease in anxiety and for its relaxing scent. Rose petals contain polyphenols, antioxidants that have been linked to cellular regeneration and protection against cell damage. The polyphenols in rose tea have been linked to reducing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and cognitive diseases. Note: There is no clear evidence these herbs will give you these results. As always its best to do your own research and then decide.
Ingredients: green tea, peppermint, damiana, rose petals
How to use: Steep 1-3 grams (teaspoons) in boiled water for 4 minutes. Strain. Enjoy with your favorite Moodwell Terpene Agave and a splash of dairy free milk.
