Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event your item is out of stock or there are other delays you will be notified by email

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau County. For orders under $100, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@moodwell.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The supply chain is currently a disaster and a lot of times the carrier will say the package is delivered when it has not been.  Still feel free to reach out to us to let us know this is going on.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Depending on the size of your P.O. box the package may not fit.  To avoid returned or missed packages we advise against shipping to P.O. boxes
