We want you to love the Shift. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or store credit — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@moodwell.us with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged or is missing items (including Bloom Sachets), email us a photo of the packaging and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Color-Change Not Working?

Water temperature and pH matter. Before requesting a refund, check our Brew Guide for troubleshooting tips. If you've followed the steps and the color shift still isn't happening, contact us — we'll help diagnose or replace your order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders where all products have been consumed
  • Digital products or gift cards
